What kind of design work do you do?

We create bold, idea-led design across brand, print and digital. That includes brand identities, campaign concepts, websites, exhibition design, packaging, signage and more. If it needs a creative idea behind it, we’re into it.

Do you work with startups or only bigger brands?

Both. We’ve worked with national institutions and independent makers alike. What matters is the ambition behind the brief, not the size of the company.

How much does branding cost?

Every project is unique, so costs vary depending on the time, complexity and scope involved. We tailor each proposal to the brief, whether it’s a full brand identity, a refresh, or something more phased. If you have a budget in mind, we’re happy to shape our approach to fit. We’ll always be transparent about what’s possible within that. Just get in touch and we’ll talk it through.

Do you build websites too?

Yes. We design and build custom websites using platforms like Wordpress, Webflow, Shopify and Squarespace. We handle sitemaps and wireframing, UX, UI, copy and art direction, and bring in trusted developers when needed.

Can you work to our existing brand guidelines?

Absolutely. Whether you’re starting from scratch or working within a set framework, we can jump in, create new assets, or evolve the brand without losing what makes it yours.

What’s your process like?

We start by asking the right questions. Once we understand what makes you different, we’ll develop a creative strategy and build from there. Depending on the brief, that might include naming, design, copy, rollout or brand guidelines.

Who will I work with?

All projects are led by Lark’s founder, Keith Hancox. For bigger jobs, we build a bespoke team from our trusted network of designers, developers, writers and strategists.

Where are you based?

Our studio is in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire. We regularly work with local businesses on branding, design and strategy. Most of our clients are in the UK, but we also work remotely with teams across Europe and the US. But if you’re nearby, pop in for a chat. The tea’s always on.

Do you work with businesses in Birmingham or the West Midlands?

Yes. We’re less than an hour from Birmingham and often work with clients in the West Midlands. Whether it’s a new identity or ongoing brand support, we’re happy to travel or meet remotely.
