Art Club and four other finds
Five Finds is a monthly collection of five inspiring things we deemed worthy of sharing. If you’d like inspiration in your inbox each month sign up here.
Where did April go? A blur of Zoom calls, quizzes and a lot of baking. We're still in lockdown in the UK so this month's selection is another list of things to keep you entertained and occupied at home. Safe quarantine everybody.
Art Club
Artist Grayson Perry is challenging the nation to use the time in lockdown to make art. Confined to his home studio, he and his wife Philippa, potter about (excuse the pun) making work and chatting to guests about their creations. It's calming, light-hearted and inspiring enough to encourage even the most reluctant artist to pick up a pencil and get stuck in.
Puzzling pieces
Jigsaws are back in Vogue and Areaware have produced these miniature puzzles that can be completed in twenty minutes or less. Take a break and reward your mind with some off-screen time.
Colour in collections
Cultural institutions like museums, galleries and libraries all over the world have many types of colouring pages available to download for free as part of an initiative known as #ColorOurCollections.

Made up games
With time on our hands and a little imagination, anything can be made into a game. Check out this brilliant video from Scotty Ryan and his mum for some inspiration.
Pass the pepper
Joseph's Machines are back with another Rube Goldberg machine. This time they're using this fool-proof method for completely safe, germ-free passing of condiments across the table.
