From transport to tasting: dual-purpose packaging for Dragonfly Tea

Dragonfly Tea is celebrating 25 years in business this year. Instead of the usual self-congratulatory advertising campaign, they’ve taken a more thoughtful approach by giving back to customers through independent health food shops across the UK.

We’ve been working alongside their marketing team to create a sample box with two jobs to do. First, it needed to protect those delicate tea sachets as reps transported them from shop to shop. Second, it had to transform into an eye-catching display that could be quickly set up on checkout counters, providing a point-of-purchase present for shoppers.

Sometimes the most satisfying design challenges aren’t about flashy innovation, but about creating something practical that simply does its job beautifully.
